Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Khulna, Bangladesh.
Duration: 4 Months
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to software.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Codecanyon, Skype, WhatsApp, Email, Discord, Telegram, or Chat, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document support interactions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for reference.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for clients.
- Must-Have Personal Laptop.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Both BSc. and Diploma can apply)
- Proven experience in a technical support role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, Database query, Debugging skills, etc.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
