Anjuman Ara Kali
SOC Analyst · Security Operations (Remote).
Anjuman is a SOC Analyst at ITECH, where she applies her data science background to defending the company and its clients against cyber threats. She analyses security alerts, system logs and network events to detect and investigate potential cyberattacks, using data-driven methods to separate genuine threats from noise and to spot patterns that may otherwise go unnoticed. Anjuman holds an MSc in Data Science and has prior experience as a Software Research Engineer, working on EU-funded research projects in machine learning and system development, and has contributed to a peer-reviewed publication and a patent application. She is currently studying part-time for a Professional Diploma in Applied Cybersecurity at the University of Galway, and is bringing what she learns directly into her day-to-day work. Looking ahead, Anjuman is working towards a Threat Detection Engineer role, combining her data science and cybersecurity skills to build better detection methods and improve how threats are identified, investigated and prevented.
