How we handle your data.

This policy explains what personal information iTech Soft Solutions ("iTech", "we", "us") collects through itech-softsolutions.com and in the course of discussing and delivering projects, why we use it, and the choices you have. iTech Soft Solutions is a software development company registered in Bangladesh.

1. Information you give us

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, work email, the type of project, your budget range and any message you write.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Emails and calls: anything you send us, including project requirements, documents and feedback.
• Job applications: your CV and the details you send to careers@itech-softsolutions.com.
• Clients: contact, billing and contract details needed to deliver and invoice our work.

2. Information collected automatically

• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Server logs: our hosting keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To review job applications.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To protect the site against abuse and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

4. Legal basis

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (analytics cookies, newsletter); steps you ask us to take before or under a contract (enquiries, proposals, client work); our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; and our legal obligations (accounting and tax records).

The site uses one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site, or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting, email and analytics providers (Google Analytics), under terms that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If you are a client, project details are shared only with the iTech team members working on your project.

7. International transfers

Our team works from Bangladesh and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use contractual safeguards for these transfers.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Client and contract records: for the period required by Bangladeshi accounting and tax law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics (14 months).

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to withdraw a consent you gave. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Email info@itech-softsolutions.com and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will also be noted on this page.
