Senior AI/ML Engineer

You will design and ship AI systems that handle real production traffic — model-agnostic pipelines, retrieval, evaluation, and the unglamorous reliability engineering that makes them dependable.

What you'll do

• Build LLM integrations, RAG systems, and agentic workflows with proper evals and guardrails
• Design data pipelines: cleaning, chunking, embedding, and indexing
• Stand up monitoring, cost controls, and regression eval suites
• Deploy across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments

• 5+ years of software engineering, 2+ years building LLM or ML systems in production
• Strong Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph
• Familiarity with vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, Qdrant) and evaluation methodology
• Pragmatic, benchmark-driven approach to model selection
• Nice to have: fine-tuning, computer vision, or MLOps tooling
