The Challenge

Self-custody wallets ask users to guard a single seed phrase, and most hide fees and risky approvals behind confusing screens. We set out to build a wallet where no single device or server ever holds a whole key, fees are shown as one number, and every transaction is checked before it is signed.

Our Solution

NexVault splits each private key into three shards with 2-of-3 MPC, signs inside the Secure Enclave or StrongBox on mobile, and keeps browser keys as non-extractable WebCrypto keys. Swaps are routed through a meta-aggregator with one combined fee shown before signing. Ghost Orders rest at the user's own price without gas, Autopilot runs recurring buys from one signature, EIP-7702 lets users pay gas in an ERC-20, and social recovery has a 48-hour on-chain time-lock. Every value-moving transaction is simulated and screened against phishing blocklists first.

THE OUTCOME

What we shipped.

NexVault runs on Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum One and Avalanche from one engine across web, extension and mobile. Contracts and the cryptography package are held to 100% line and branch coverage as a hard CI gate, and an independent audit is scheduled before mainnet release.

FAQ

About this engagement.

An MPC wallet splits the private key into shards held in different places, so no single device or server ever holds the whole key. NexVault uses 2-of-3 shards.
Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum One and Avalanche.
An independent audit is scheduled before mainnet release. Until then, contracts and cryptography are held to 100% test coverage and zero high or medium Slither findings as CI gates.
Yes. NexVault is available for white-label and partnership licensing, and our wallet integration team builds custom wallets. Contact us for pricing.
